As we all are aware of the current situation with regard to the pandemic spread of corona virus across the country, it is highly pivotal for Asian Education Group to take all the necessary precautions for the well being and good health of all students and staff member. Hence as per the instructions of the Government of India, the campus has been locked down. However to avoid any loss of the student related to academic, AEG is taking some prudent measures during this period with the assistance of Advanced Technology.
Academic Session: We are near the completion of academic session 2019-20, the remaining last mile classes have been planned to be delivered through online mode. The same has been initiated from 24th March 2020. We will be focusing on different online teaching – learning model through, Skype, Zoom, YouTube & WhatsApp tutorial as well. These online sessions would include recorded lecture as per their subject completion, discussion of their coursework, PowerPoint presentation, notes, etc with their respective faculty members. Giving and receiving assignments through email has already been standard practice and we will continue to do the same. We will continue to leverage the available remote learning technology to ensure the continuity of our teaching. Since all of you are advised to refrain from socializing, grouping and travelling, and expected to be at home, we would like you to utilize available time very effectively.
Admission Process: We shall conduct all admission processes remotely through online test before Skype interview. Our approach will be very transparent and equitable, so none of the aspirants is disadvantaged. Using fair selection practices remains highly important to us.
Campus Recruitment: Campus recruitment is the key aspect. By digitalizing the complete campus in this knockdown we shall move forward with the same process for campus recruitment as well. We have aligned our corporate clients for the campus process. Students would be proceeding towards the campus recruitment through online. They will be giving online tests, group discussion and online interview with the panelist. Shortlisted candidates would be offered accordingly.
This is a tough time for all of us but we will not compromise on the quality of the education.
