Asian Education Group organized “LEAD” Series which showcased the corporate interface for the young students. The speaker was Mr. Sandeep Tyagi, Head, Business HR and Organization Development of Samsung India. He shared his words of wisdom on the topic “ Leadership capacity building”
Mr. Sandeep Tyagi is a strategic business partner & catalyst for organization development initiatives to achieve business objectives of revenue goals & people development. In his present role he is heading the Business HR & Organization Development of Samsung India. His KRA includes looking after Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement & Talent Development for the company, building People & Organizational Capability, Strengthening Employer branding, Leading Change Management & Organization Development initiatives, Leadership assessment & development for the business, Succession planning.
The young Asianites were highly motivated by his inspirational lecture and were updated on a number of HR practices that are in place in corporate scenario.
