Law students attended AIMA’s Foundation Day Ceremony
“Health is a permanent crisis in India. No one should be denied medicine. We want a healthy India” are some of the lines said by Yusuf K Hamied, Chairman, Cipla at the Diamond Jubilee Foundation day Ceremony of All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi. The theme of the deliberation was “Fast Forward – From Catch-up to Leadership”. Various eminent personalities like Sunil Kant Munjal, President Hero Corporate Services, Bindeshwar Pathak, Founder, Sulabh International commented on the government initiatives to provider better health facilities. They also pointed out that companies must use their entire CSR quota to develop projects that have high massive impact.
TV Mohandas Pai, Senior Vice President, AIMA said that India’s biggest challenge is the rule of law. “There is a need to incentivize good and honest people. He pointed, that how nearly Rs 8 lakh crore of tax was stuck in litigation only. He also stressed on the need for changing the narrative about the country in order to celebrate Indian success stories.
