Asian Education Group got an opportunity to conduct an enthralling workshop at Jagriti Public school for class 10th & 11th students.
The Corporate Social Responsibility Society of AEG collaborated with the school to nurture and educate a group of 250 students.
The Principal, Ms. Nisha, has a very dynamic & enriching persona and extended a very warm welcome to the career counselors, Dr. Tanu Aneja Banerjee and Dr. Tarunpreet Kaur along with the team members of Asian Law College and Asian School of Business.
The session with the students of class 10th focused was focused to eliminate the conventional thought process of choosing a stream on the basis of percentage and cultivate the idea of exploring the vast arena of opportunities based on their interest, skills & knowledge.
The workshop with class XI students was more focused towards out-of-the-box career options available now days and a self-assessment exercise was done in the form of a psychometric test. The experts also facilitated the thought process of the students by providing them an insight into the course offerings of the various premier institutions of India along with an overview into the courses available at Asian Law College, Asian School of Business, Asian Business School and AAFT.
The session ended with a thought provoking video on ‘why to choose the right career path?’ A big round of applause brought the session to a closure with many budding thoughts and questions in the minds of the students and their queries were addressed to their mind’s fulfillment.
