“MONEY WISE” @ ASIAN BUSINESS SCHOOL
Asian Education Group organized a finance activity for the students of PGDM (15-17) and PGDM (16-18) Batch. The activity was named “Money Wise” The objective of the activity was to showcase the importance and inculcate a working knowledge of the world of investing, personal finance and savings thereby paving the path for a safer and thriving financial future for the students.
The activity was divided into two segments- on the spot exercise where the students were shown a short film about personal finance and the importance of investing. Afterwards students were given a sum of virtual money to invest for safeguarding their future. Other segment involved making teams of three students and giving them a topic related to finance after which the students prepared their presentations on that topic and presented their findings.
The purpose of this activity was to enable students to set their financial goals and start thinking and working on them accordingly.
The activity was coordinated by Mr. Vipul Mehta and Mr. Sameer Kathuria.
