ORIENTATION PROGRAM 2017 –BCA CLASS 2017
Asian School of Business organized the Orientation Program for BCA with great pomp and show. The event was graced by the benign presence of the corporate highbrows and distinguished dignitaries who possess the treasure of knowledge and wisdom. They updated and up- graded the aspiring technocrats about innovations in computer applications.
The Orientation Program started with the Inaugural Address by Dr Lalitya Vir Srivastava, Director, AEG. He gave an insight to the young audience regarding the academic journey ahead. Mr Sandeep Marwah, President , Asian Education Group motivated the young ignited minds with his inspiring thoughts. Dr Amit Pareenja, Head Global Enterprise Solutions- Sales- India, Tata Communications Limited shared his amazing and innovative computer applications. Mr. Saurabh Sharma, Director- Branding and Planning, AEG enlighten the audience with his words of wisdom. He emphasized the need to develop not just computer skills but also an impressive all round personality. Mr Anurag Dubey, Head- Talent Acquisition, CEBS Inc. enlightened the young students. Mr Gurdeep Singh Raina, Director Marketing and Admissions, AEG shared his experience with the students.
Ms. Monika Dixit, Assistant Professor IT administered the oath to the students and Mr. Maroof Mir Ahmad, HOD – BBA, Asian School of Business proposed the vote of thanks.
 The post lunch session comprised of an interactive orientation in which Mr Ravi Sharma, HOD – Corporate Resource Cell, AEG;Mr. Harish Manana, Senior Consultant NIIT Ltd; Ms Supriya Srivastava, Assistant Professor- CSD and Mr. Maroof Mir Ahmad, HOD – BBA spoke to the young aspiring technocrats on a number of topics. Ms. Supriya Srivastava conducted Ice Breaking and teambuilding exercises with the students.
