The association of the Corporate Social Responsibility Society at Asian Education Group with JBM Global school has been a very enriching one. The school extended a very warm welcome to the career mentor, Dr. Tanu Aneja Banerjee, along with the team members of Asian Law College and Asian School of Business.
Ms. Upma Arora, the Principal of the school, Ms. Nalini, the Academic Dean and faculty members along with the students of class 10th, 11th and 12th participated in the two-hour long workshop.
The workshop focused on counselling students in two different groups. The students of class 10th were introduced to the 3 streams that students have to opt from in their 11th class supplemented by a stream analysis test, which would help the students to choose a stream of their choice irrespective of their marks.
On the other hand, the students of class 11th and 12th underwent a psychometric analysis supported by a session on career opportunities available apart from the conventional opportunities which prevail in the market. The experts also facilitated the thought process of the students by providing them an insight into the course offerings of the various premier institutions of India along with an overview into the courses available at Asian Law College, Asian School of Business, Asian Business School and AAFT.
The Principal and faculty members were extremely thankful to Asian Education Group for conducting an eye opening session with the students and helping them to discover the right career path through self-assessment.
