The school hosted a workshop in collaboration with the Corporate Social Responsibility Society of Asian Education Group (AEG), with the support & coordination of Mrs. Manisha Sharma, Principal of KHMS.
The Principal was keen on dedicating the first half of the session towards motivation & depression management, which has recently been a topic of concern for many schools due to an increase in the suicide cases of young budding minds due to performance & academic pressure. Whereas the latter part of the session was focused toward career guidance.
Our Expert Counsellor, Dr. Tarunpreet Kaur, motivated a strength of 177 students of class 11th & 12th with a video on how to chase their dreams without letting the fear of failure conquer their thoughts & blur their focus & vision. The experts also initiated the thought process of the students by providing them an insight into the course offerings of the various premier institutions of India along with an overview into the courses available at Asian Law College, Asian School of Business, Asian Business School and AAFT.
The faculty members were also a great support and took keen interest in the session and also took the career guidance test for themselves. The principal was highly impressed and showed keen interest in strengthening our association by conducting workshops on the daily issues in a student’s life.
